The SymbioCity Approach

The SymbioCity Approach builds on an integrated and holistic approach to urban development. Funded by Sida, the project supports urban planning and development in Africa, Asia and Latin-America through projects, capacity development and networking.
Living Cities has been involved in both the global platform and a number of activities and initiatives in as Project Manager and key urban advisor to the SymbioCity Approach Secretariat. This includes development of knowledge products, implementation of trainings and capacity development activities, institutional development, advice to ongoing projects, preparation of project proposals etc.
