Social Impact Assessment for Wättinge, Tyresö municipalityWättinge is a new development area in Tyresö that focuses on building a green and socially sustainable community that is inclusive, open and dynamic. A total of 800 new homes will be built here in the coming decade. The new area of Wättingebacken will link the important green, recreational corridor Wätttingestråket with the existing residential areas of Granängsringen. Living Cities will be a project resource in the strategic project, acting as an advisor in social sustainability as the project develops and undertaking a Social Impact Assessment.
